Sessions are conducted directly with the caregiver, focusing on developing the skills and competencies that best support the family’s needs. We utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes four key components: instruction, modeling, rehearsal, and feedback. Sessions also provide a space for families to be heard, engage in problem-solving, and collaboratively set goals to support their child’s growth.

We are data-driven, regularly analyzing progress to ensure the effectiveness of each treatment plan. Transition planning begins at the start of services, with the goal of gradually fading support as it is no longer needed. As goals are achieved, we implement a structured titration plan to ensure skills continue to generalize and maintain over time before graduating from services.
