Program Overview & Key Information

These sessions are led by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide caregivers with a conceptual understanding of behavior, including foundational principles, daily routines, communication and language, social skills, motivation, and emotional regulation.

They are short-term, educational supports, designed to complement—but not replace—individualized therapy, clinical assessment, or treatment services for a child. Topics are selected to align with each family’s needs. The standard program includes approximately 12 sessions delivered biweekly over 6 months, with options for a shorter or less intensive schedule. Sessions are not billable to insurance and focus on caregiver learning rather than direct therapy. They are offered at $170 per hour, with flexible scheduling and content tailored to each family’s priorities.
