Program Overview & Key Information

Caregiver education sessions are led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and tailored to each family’s needs. Together, we’ll select practical strategies and topics that support your child and fit your everyday routines.

This is a short-term, educational service focused on caregiver learning rather than direct therapy for your child. It is designed to complement, not replace, individualized therapy or clinical assessment when those services are needed.

The standard program includes approximately 12 sessions, typically held every other week over six months. Shorter or less intensive schedules may also be available based on your family’s needs.

Services are available to eligible families through the Wisconsin CLTS Waiver Program with an approved service authorization. The service rate is $170 per hour. Caregiver education sessions are not billed to health insurance.
